The Bridesmaids star has always been careful to explain health was the only reason she underwent this transformation, and says she decided to deal with the mental cause of her overeating, without obsessing over a specific goal or number. She has since lost 70lbs and says she is "so proud of what she's become and achieved". She previously admitted to PEOPLE that before her weight loss journey, she was "probably eating 3,000 calories most days". Rebel Wilson looks completely different compared to even just one year ago, having shed five stone in a bid to get more healthy.
